    Come and get your brain food! 40 minutes of physical play for your brain; fun, new neuropathways and a workout too! Ageless Grace is a cutting-edge fitness program based on neuroplasticity that activates all 5 functions of the brain and simultaneously addresses all 21 physical skills needed for lifelong optimal fitness. Although the movements are designed to be performed seated in a chair, the class delivers a great cardio workout and core conditioning for all ages and abilities.

  • BeSoul™ Dance: Love In Motion

    BeSoul™ is love in motion and it is a dance of awakening. BeSoul™ Dance provides an opportunity to connect to your deepest self through vibrant self-expression. Choreography is simple and enlivening, music is fantastic and varied. Each class is focused on cultivating awareness of your whole self in a loving, accepting and supportive environment. Join the BeSoul™ class and expand your spirit every time! We dance together to get fit in body, mind and soul.  

    BeSoul™ Experiences are retreats to strengthen the practices of awakening. They are places where we align ourselves to the universal evolution of life through movement, play and self inquiry. They are times to cultivate the connection to our true deep loving nature and to other beings, including our natural world.

  • Dance Spells

    Everything comes through the body. Our senses, our emotions, our intuitions, our inspiration... they are all amplified and felt in this mortal coil we call home. Bring your desires, wants, callings, awarenesses, surrenderings. We will clarify by writing and then free-dancing to embody and explore creating reality from the inside out. Develop this powerful practice in a deeply safe and supportive group.

    Nia is an ecstatic yet deeply grounded body-mind-spirit fitness and lifestyle practice that empowers people to cultivate mental, emotional and spiritual health & fitness via joy and pleasure.   • Laughter Yoga

    Laughter Yoga is a way to invite laughter into the world without having to wait for something funny. In this class, we court our inner lover of life and laughter by doing simple movements, sounds and exercises that deepen the breath, body awareness and laughter!
    We begin breath exercises and move on to simple movements and games that invite us to laugh out loud and laugh together. People of all ages and fitness levels can participate. Elevate your mood and decrease tension and stress!

  • Mindfulness Meditation Intro

    Intro to Mindfulness Meditation Course – 4 Mondays November 11 through December 2 and we will decide if there is interest to keep going.
    Classes are on Mondays from 8:45am-9:30am and cost $10 each.
    Mindfulness is becoming more and more popular, due in part to the ability of mindfulness practice to alleviate stress, improve concentration, and increase immune function. This eight-week course introduces you to mindfulness, mindfulness-related concepts, and both formal and informal mindfulness meditation practices such as sitting and walking meditation, eating meditation, mindful movement and loving kindness practice. By regularly practicing mindfulness, you will develop greater resilience towards stress, you will be able to work with difficult emotions and feelings, you will discover greater compassion for yourself and others, and you will be able to savor pleasant experiences. At its most profound level, through mindfulness meditation you will become free, freer to be who you are.
